Paving the Way to Stronger Communities with Earle American

When Earle American takes on road construction projects, they are usually big ones. That’s why it comes as no surprise that their support for Wholesome Riches’ Love Your Neighbor food distribution program is also big!

One of Wholesome Riches’ most effective ways of providing resources to the communities we serve is to connect schools with caring local businesses who are eager to lend financial support and provide volunteer hours.

Earle American is one of the companies who has stepped up in a huge way by sponsoring all of our food distributions for the 2025-2026 school year at Thomas H Dudley Family School.

“We’re from the area,” says Michael Earle, “many of our employees are from the Camden, NJ area and we realize the severity of the food insecurity issue here and we want to give back.”

In early June, Michael and a team of Earle employees came to Dudley School to work alongside the student and community volunteers who have been serving more than 200 families at their distribution each month.

“I think just by being out here volunteering, giving financial support and seeing what we are able to do for the community and hearing from people what it means to them is beyond words,” says Michael.

Our founder Michele Pilla applauds how Earle American has made such a comprehensive investment in the Dudley School and sees it as a model for more organizations to “adopt” the other schools where Wholesome Riches serves.

“The type of investment that Earle American has made really helps us move forward as an organization with consistent funding which can help us reach more schools and more communities in the future,” says Michele.
