This month, several Dudley Family School students had the opportunity to visit the Food Bank of South Jersey for a fun day of service and learning! Wholesome Riches was honored to set up this educational time and participate with the students as they learned about where the food comes from at each distribution. This was particularly special because the students that participated also serve with us monthly at our distribution events! The team at the Food Bank was very welcoming and willing to answer any questions as they toured the facility. Students then did a service project with at the facility, checking dates and labels, working together to box up canned goods, grains, drinks and more for distribution! The students, along with their teacher Ms. Tyler had a wonderful day, and enjoyed a nice lunch afterward. We love to inspire students and connect them with amazing organizations like the FBSJ!
